GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Please follow the instructions below and apply to become a member of the Markham Irish Canadian Rugby Football Club for the 2010 season. Though early registration is preferred, new players are welcome to join us at any point during the season.

All members, new and old, need to complete the membership registration process in order for the club records to be updated accurately and for ORU/CRU legal and insurance privileges to apply. All forms must be filled out in full and signed by all players, coaches, referees and therapists. Dues must be paid in full and the registration form completed and submitted to the ORU before members are permitted to train or play.

PLEASE NOTE: Markham ICRC has adopted a no pay, no play policy. Registration with Rugby Ontario & Rugby Canada will not take place until player dues have been paid in full. We are responsible to the ORU & CRU immediately and will not register you without your funds. These ORU and CRU fees cover registration fees, insurance, and rugby programs across Ontario and Canada.

REGISTRATION DAYS

Outdoor sessions begin late April or early-mid May (when the town allows us on the fields)  - Men, Women, U20 men & U18 girls all train on Tuesday & Thursday nights.  - The junior program (u12 co-ed, u14 boys, u16 boys, & u18 boys) trains on Monday and Wednesday nights.  If you have any problems or questions, contact the Registration director Doug Robinson 905 471-4177.  Completed forms, with payment, can be dropped off or mailed to the registrar:  Doug Robinson - MRFC  48 Sir Bedevere Place  Markham, Ontario  L3P 2W4  Click here for a map.

REGISTRATION FORMS

All members are required to complete and sign the Rugby Canada Registration Certificate. Download the form, complete the information and then print and sign the form. For players under the age of 18 the form must be signed by a parent or guardian. An original signature is required. Fax and email are not accepted. Junior players are required to complete both the Rugby Canada Registration Certificate as well as the Junior Registration form listed below. DOWNLOAD COMPLETE AND PRINT BOTH FORMS !

Dues must be paid in full and the registration form completed and submitted to the ORU before members are permitted to play.
Payment is required in full prior to playing any games or training.

Dues can be paid on line (see below) with Master Card, VISA, American Express, Direct Deposit or Pay Pal.
Cash or cheque [payable to Markham Rugby Football Club] is also accepted.
